Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item to us. If it's been longer than 30 days, we're not able to accept the return — so if something's not working out, it's best to reach out sooner rather than later.

What Qualifies for a Return

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached where applicable. We may decline a return if it shows signs of wear beyond trying it on.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@gardenstash.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you the return address — please hold off on shipping anything back until we've confirmed, so it doesn't get delayed on our end.

Who Covers Return Shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, Gardenstash covers the return shipping cost. If you're returning something for any other reason — change of mind, wrong size ordered, no longer needed — return shipping is on the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method either way, since we can't be responsible for a return that doesn't reach us.

No Restocking Fees

We don't charge a restocking fee on approved returns. What you paid is what comes back to you, minus nothing.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, the easiest path is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for what you'd like instead.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund goes out within 7 days. Since we're COD-based, refunds are sent via bank or mobile transfer rather than back to a card — we'll confirm the details with you before sending it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within a few days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover the return shipping and move your refund along faster in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, made-to-order or custom pieces, and anything marked "non-returnable" on its product page can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
